Lee Glesmer, my service advisor, did a great job in checking his schedule the day before and saw that I had a recall. He ordered the part which arrived the next day (day of my appointment) and had a rental car ready. He anticipated it would be two days before it was finished (I had brought it in for 10k service). Much to my surprise and delight, the work was actually done by Wednesday, a full day sooner. Glad to see a person being proactive and anticipating the needs of the customer!
Adria Levy was an excellent representative of Germain Lexus. She let me know the steps that would be taken at my service appointment and and the length of time I would be waiting. My service advisor, Alexander Depew was thoughtful and courteous. He explained to me, in detail, exactly what services would be performed. The car was in for regular maintenance and a recall service. I was provided with a loaner car. My experience was outstanding. While at the dealership, I expressed my interest in a new RX350. That experience did not go as well.
