Jill processes all Warranties for the service department and is the Lexus Program Coordinator in charge of all Lexus team members training and certifications. She has been with Germain Lexus or over 8 years and is very proud to be part of the Lexus family and to have her Master Certification. Jill was Germain Lexus’ May 2022 Employee of the Month.
Jill has 20 plus years in Automotive dealerships between Florida and New Jersey. She started as an appointment coordinator then moved to Warranty manager. Jill believes your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and how you leave others feeling after an encounter with you is your Trademark. Treat everyone as a guest in your home and be hospitable and honest.
She says, “keep it simple…learn from others and teach others”. Jill’s skills and accomplishments are too many to list but, thanks each person along the way who instilled them upon her. She firmly believes that every day you learn something new.
Tidbits about Jill: She is a retired Professional Chef. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University on Deans List and has had the pleasure of working and mentoring several high profiled chefs. Believe it or not she once sang on MTV. Jill has also modeled as a young girl for the Gap. She loves camping with her youngest daughter who has Down Syndrome who inspires her every day and keeps her smiling.

As a Service Manager, Shawn handles any service concerns for the dealership and used car department’s inventory reconditioning. He couldn’t be prouder to work for a family business and partnering with the Lexus brand. Shawn’s parents always told him to, “Treat others with respect and kindness. It will come back to you two-fold.”
Shawn is Lexus certified, was first in his class at Wyoming Technical Institute for Upholstery and Trim and number 2 in his class for Collision and Refinishing out of 50 students.
A couple tidbits about Shawn are: He loves dirt track racing and says he’s the ‘Keel of the Ship’.

As a service consultant with a senior level certification, Jackson handles services and repairs on customer’s vehicles. He has 15 years in the tire wholesale industry 5 years in the automotive service industry.
Jackson believes in doing the right thing all the time. He treats people as he wants to be treated and has a great time while doing it. He is always happy to share a positive comment or a funny joke to brighten someone’s day. Jackson loves fitness and working out.
Fun fact: Jackson is obsessed with cars and dogs, loving all kinds of both. He always says “Car and dog people are good people!”
