Brought my 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport for service yesterday. Since my Lexus had such low mileage, the service agent suggested that I consider replacing the various fluids. All told, service was not only timely but excellent.
Lee Glesmer helped me out yesterday when my gas cap was stuck and I couldn’t get it open to add gas. Lee responded to my telephone call after another person in customer service told me that he couldn’t help me until next Monday. That was totally unacceptable. Lee told me to bring the car that afternoon. It was a broken spring and he had it replaced. He was Johnny on the spot.
Facility is very nice with comfortable waiting area. Service was performed as expected in a reasonable amount of time. There was a good explanation of everything that was done on my car.

In the past year and one half I purchased two brand new Lexus RX350h from Orllando Sabau. He is my go to guy because he listens to my needs and makes things happen on my behalf. He also knows everything about the car if I have any questions and will contact me after purchase, with answers to my questions. He's a great sales person and will always go back to him for another vehicle in the future. In addition he does not miss anything during the buying process which can be quite time consuming.
