Our tire pressure light was going on, we had AAA come twice to fill the tire that was losing some pressure. I recently took my Lexus Rx350 to Germain Of Naples for some recall work, oil change and a tire rotation. My service consultant, Hannah Wilson, was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient and accommodating. I was in and out (in a lovely loaner) in minutes and the work was done so quickly that I was back in less than 24 hours to retrieve my car. In these days of COVID, I’m especially grateful for contact with only 2 people and all wore masks and had hand sterilizer conveniently located. 5* from me.
