I called for an appointment and got one same morning. Check in was quick and the customer lounge is great with snacks and Starbucks. Service Adviser came out within a couple minutes and reviewed the service and told me about an hour. It was finished on time and washed.
Dave Mckinney in the service department is just outstanding to work with. Always super polite and of course very knowledgeable.

I returned a lease early, and leased a new RX350. Hector, our sales associate, and Eddie Vasco, were excellent. They made the process quick and easy. They gave honest figures and no hidden additions to the lease. When I emailed them initially, they responded immediately and provided honest information.
