We will provide you free oil changes every 5000 miles or six months. This service covers the cost of the oil, oil filter and oil change labor. COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH SERVICE: Germain Lexus of Naples provides complimentary car wash service to all customers who have purchased a Lexus from us. Car was hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 4:00 and Saturday 9:00 – Noon.
COMPLIMENTARY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: Germain Lexus of Naples provides complimentary road side assistance for all Lexus models. Our roadside service technician is ready to replace your battery (7), fix your flats and change out the key battery as needed, normal parts and labor charges will be incurred by the customer. We will also bring you gas at the current gas rates up to 5 gallons. Please call 239-592-5533 ext 271, Monday thru Friday between 9am and 3pm.

4- Oil change service is free of charge throughout ownership of the Platinum Club qualifying vehicle and includes the total price of oil, oil filter and oil service labor when performed at 5000 miles or six months intervals, whichever occurs first. Normal parts and labor charges will be incurred by the customer for oil change services performed at more frequent intervals when so requested by the customer. Free oil changed service does not include tax and charges for any other vehicle services performed in conjunction, such as tier rotation, wheel alignments, brake service, etc.
5- Service department is open for 8:00 AM to 5:00 Pm Monday through Friday; and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Sales department is open 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
